Below is yesterday's email from the doctor. Things aren't going so well.
Dear My Love and Dizzy
We did the transfer today
We had 4 embryos for the transfer and all were grade two ( with some fragmentation) none was top quality
We will do the pregnancy test in 2 weeks
I will update with the embryology report tomorrow
